3 Deposits and Withdrawals

7 Account Suspension and Termination

cgk999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, where cgk999 reasonably believes any of the following circumstances apply:

• The member has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information.
• The member is under the age of 21.
• The member is found to be operating multiple accounts on the platform.
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or collusive activity has been detected on the account.
• The member has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• A legal order, regulatory instruction, or payment processor directive requires cgk999 to restrict the account.

In cases of account closure due to confirmed fraudulent activity or material breach of these terms, any balance held in the account — including both real money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full.
